I want to let everyone know Hix Wrecker provided amazing customer service when I needed help. Anessia was extremely professional and dispatched an operator to come and save the day quickly.  The tow truck operator was great to my driver and delivered our truck to its destination to get repairs done.

No one wants to get a wrecker but if you do I have great things to report about my hix tow truck driver. He was extremely nice and didn't get upset when he had to push my car out of the garage to hook it up. Our driveway is super narrow but he navigated his flatbed wrecker with ease and made me feel confident that my car was going to get to my mechanic without incident. Call. The prices are competitive and the service is top notch.

I waited on the side of the road for 2 1/2 Yrs waiting for my roadside assistance...i gave up on them and called Greenwood wrecker myself. They were out to me in 15 minutes...i was relieved to get such great service.

Going through a rough time after a wreck and getting wrong information from the  insurance companies, who knew the Wrecker Service would be the most positive experience I had. :)

Very happy with the office Lady helping me out and even staying after close for me. My vehicle was even towed home from them and I had the best tow truck driver that showed my 3 year old the equipment and he was in heaven.

Had wreck Saturday afternoon . Contacted GWS Monday . Receptionist gave me all the information I needed. Price was actually lower than I anticipated (though still expensive) . My truck was delivered to my home less than an hour later by a very courteous driver. My personal experience with those at GWS that I talked to was positive. 64 years old, first wreck, could have been alot worse !!!
